@jeremycherfas this looks really great! I’ve to step into bread baking again. Since our relocation to the new house insider had time for bread experiments. Worst part of the movement, I had to throw my sour dough away. Forgot to put flour and water in and it mould.
@renem I'm sorry you had to throw your starter away. It is easy enough to get a new one going, or borrow from a friend. But many people throw away far too quickly. It is not hard to resurrect a starter that seems quite dead.
