The one thing worse than no hotel WiFi is flaky hotel WiFi. Just as you think you might be able to get something useful done, BAM!, it pulls the rug out from under you.

@klandwehr There’s a procedure in operant conditioning psychology called intermittent reinforcement which creates even stronger behaviour patterns. If Lucy vet occasionally, and randomly, allowed Charlie Brown actually to kick the ball, he would be even more in thrall to her. That’s me and the WiFi.
