the shape looks like a roti recipe I tried recently... did you form it into a rope then coil it before flattening?
@frenchtartelette Yes, that's exactly right. Never come across that technique before. Is it used for roti?
@eatthispodcast no not usually, I'd only ever seen them rolled into a ball then rolled out with a pin. But I ran across an oddball recipe that did it the coiled way and was intrigued. I like it, it enables you to pull off small pieces.
