Excellent podcast today, as are the entire months’ . I am going to miss your daily bread facts.. Have you considered an extension on the topic of bread?
@vineyardbaker Thanks. I’m looking forward right now to a rest. But the topic is clearly almost limitless, and I enjoy the research. What kinds of thing would you like to hear about?
@cn It was, but I think I forgot to Instagram it, so when I did it there, it arrived here too. If it is a duplicate, well, it is a duplicate.
@jeremycherfas I don’t think it got here before…

@cn And (you made me check) it didn't go to Instagram yesterday either. So I’m relieved.
@eatthispodcast well if your asking 😃,I am going to think on this and get back. Off the top of my head microbes would be an excellent topic digging into. And culture of bread and bread making in individual countries .
@vineyardbaker Your final point is something I am right this minute thinking about for the final episode.
@eatthispodcast oh perfect ! While I enjoy the science of bread I think cultures and traditions of breads from around our beautiful world and it’s amazing people is far more interesting . I wish you the best in this next project
